Mary E. Tollefson was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington before attending University of Washington, where she earned her BA in political science and minored in Latin. Mary was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2007 after graduating from Willamette University College of Law. She first discovered her interest in family law and domestic relations during her studies at Willamette University, where she worked at the Marion County Child Support Enforcement. She started her practice in Newport, Oregon and later relocated to Portland in 2011, where she has since been working exclusively in family law. Mary often represents children in family law cases, and is passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult transitions in their lives. With over 15 years of experience working in domestic relations, Mary is a effective advocate for her clients.
